“Products” refers to all watches and related items offered on our webshop.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Empery webshop and to all agreements between you and Sow & Harvest BV.By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
3. Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.However:
Colors may vary depending on screen settings.
Minor design variations may occur.We reserve the right to correct errors and update product details at any time.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
We accept major payment methods such as credit cards, Bancontact, and other electronic payment options.
An order becomes final only after full payment is received.
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.If you do not receive one, please contact us.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the case of:

Fraud suspicion
Product unavailability
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Belgium and the Netherlands (additional regions possible upon request).
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging, labels, and protective film must be intact.
Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure
Contact our customer service with your order number.
Follow the provided return instructions.
After inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
8. Warranty
Our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Impact or fall damage
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty claims must be reported with proof of purchase.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order.
