We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Empery.If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return and refund in accordance with the conditions below.

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the return request must be submitted within this period.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original packaging, including labels, protective films, manuals, and accessories must be intact.
Returned items must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
Watches that have been adjusted, resized, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)
Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.

We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

11. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims follow our 2-year warranty policy and must be submitted separately from standard returns.Proof of purchase is required.
