  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Belgium

Shipping to additional countries may be available upon request.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier service. Typical delivery estimates:

  • Belgium: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Chosen shipping method

  • Order size and weight

All applicable fees will be displayed before completing your purchase.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Courier information

  • Link to track your package

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


7. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as:

7.2 Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

7.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the delivery location

  3. Contact the courier

If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for lost or stolen shipments.


8. International Duties & Taxes

If shipping outside Belgium or the Netherlands becomes available:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage

  2. Keep all packaging materials

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or solution.


10. Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock:

  • The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless otherwise requested
