Empery offers high-quality watches. We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings or lighting conditions.


3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are placed securely through our online store.

  • We accept major payment methods such as credit card, Bancontact, and other electronic options.

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment.


4. Shipping

  • We ship to Belgium.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.


5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions:

  • The watch must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All labels, protective films, and original packaging must be included.

  • Worn or damaged items cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service with your order number.

  2. You will receive return instructions.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the items, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.


6. Warranty

Empery watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water or impact damage

  • Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

Please contact us in case of a warranty claim.

Sow & Harvest BV respects your privacy and processes personal data in compliance with GDPR regulations.We collect only the information necessary for:
